Pernilla Siebenfreund
Profile
Pernilla was born in Sweden. During her early years she developed an interest in health and fitness which led to international level involvement in sport. When Pernilla was only 24, Swedish Television made a documentary about her pioneering work as a designer and manager of process control systems on an oil rig in the North Sea.
After this, Pernilla's interest in human development deepened. She went on to study with international teachers, therapists and authors in the fields of psychotherapy and spirituality, including: Stan Grof (Holotropic Breathwork), Hal and Sidra Stone (Voice Dialogue), Sondra Ray (Loving Relationships Training), Jack Kornfield, John Bradshaw and Sogyal Rinpoche. In Australia, Pernilla has trained with Relationships Australia, LifeLine, Kids Help Line, Australian College of Natural Medicine and she is a graduate student of Hakomi Integrative Psychology. Pernilla has also been a meditation practitioner since 1996 and she practices Satyananda Yoga.
Pernilla has a broad spectrum of clinical experience with both
individual therapy and relationship counselling. She has developed a
high level of expertees in helping couples restore their relationships,
and in the use of the Hakomi approach to psychotherapy.
